Give the Gift of Good Nights
Sleep Shapes Success
Good sleep fuels healthy bodies, calm minds, strong friendships, and sharper thinking. Children who don’t get enough sleep early on are up to five times more likely to fall behind in reading and writing by the time they’re 10. Invest in bedtime—cozy pajamas, a story, and simple sleep tips—and watch kids wake up ready to thrive.
Our Mission
We help children discover and experience the superpower of sleep, so they can wake up ready to learn, grow, and thrive. We combine the comfort of cozy pajamas, the magic of storybooks, and evidence-based sleep health education to support families in creating healthy bedtime routines.
Our Holistic Approach
We ground our work in the power of a shared bedtime routine, a special and important opportunity for parents and children to consistently connect, wind down from the day, and share intentional moments before children drift off to sleep.
We teach children, caregivers, teachers, and human service providers about sleep health and bedtime routines. This holistic approach helps children get the sleep they need, improving health and well-being, relationships, and school performance.
Our national network of volunteers, local chapter presidents, and community-based partners provide hundreds of thousands of pajamas, books, and sleep health education for children across the United States each year.
At Beyond Bedtime, we believe every child should have what they need to rest, recharge, and rise. Our Good Night Bill of Rights reflects that belief, and the values that guide our work.
